As part of our community, we want you to be delighted with your magickal supplies! If at any time during the first month you feel any of our unused products aren't right for you, return them to us.
Return unopened or unused products for an exchange or refund within 30 days.
Returns and Exchanges. Here's How:
- Contact us and inform us of the desire to return or exchange the product so that we are aware there is an issue and can help or, at the very least, expect to see the package in the mail.
- Wrap product carefully, ensuring there is package padding between the product and walls of the box. Damage products will incur a 15% remaking fee.
- Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the return; this allows us to identify your order quickly.
- Tape the box closed and ship, email a tracking number.
- We will confirm receipt with an email.
- You will receive a full refund when the return package arrives at our location.
